About This Project

Designing costumes for Parodie de l’histoire du ballet was an absolute delight. Jindallae’s concept invited a playful, knowing wink at ballet’s grand traditions, and I leaned into that with textures, silhouettes, and details that nodded to iconic eras—Baroque flourishes, traditional tutus, with a bit of postmodern edge. It was like designing a visual love letter to ballet history, but with a clever twist.
