How to make a large tutu ballet with a small budget.
A. Buy the men from Capezio, dye and cut with Matera's help.
B. Buy tutu's from Prima Donna Tutu and have them decorate the top plate.
C. Spend the budget at Materas for tutu plate prototype and the women's bodices.
Result: everyone was happy!
